Mark Wallis, Owner and CEO of The Palm Tree Group, founded the company in 1982. Prior to starting the company, he held several positions with McKesson, serving as the Area Manager and Division Manager from 1976 to 1981. Mark started his medical distribution career as a sales representative for American Hospital Supply. Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Mark now lives in Sugar Land, Texas.

Parker Bigley is an International Business graduate from Loyola University New Orleans, has served in multiple roles with the Palm Tree Group since 1995, and is currently our Executive Vice President. A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Parker now resides in Houston, Texas.

Pam Wedow has held positions in operations, marketing, vendor relations, contract management and sales in her 27-year tenure in the medical distribution industry for companies including James Phillips, PSS, Gulf South and has spent the last ten years with The Palm Tree Group in Houston, TX. Pam is currently our Vice President of Sales. Originally from Minnesota, she now resides in Humble, Texas.

Jason Murphy serves as the Director of Procurement and Client Services. He joined The Palm Tree Group in 1998 and has held positions in both Sales and Operations over his tenure. He earned his Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola University New Orleans. He is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and he and his family currently call Houston, Texas home.

Fernando Villarreal is the Vice President of Operations since 2004 and has held multiple roles with the Palm Tree Group since 2002. Fernando is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University. A native of Texas, Fernando now resides in Sugar Land, Texas.

Pete Junge has been part of the Palm Tree Group Team since 1998. After majoring in Accounting at Loyola University New Orleans, he worked in Real Estate Tax Accounting, and started his career with The Palm Tree Group in its Miami Office where he worked in Accounting, Operations, and International Sales. Pete moved to Houston in 2005 and is currently the Controller.
